By accessing or using Dreamy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreamy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the videos you generate via Dreamy and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Subscriptions & credits

Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion.

AI output disclaimer

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or publishing it.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
